By creating an account on mySkua you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use mySkua to send spam, harass users, distribute malware, host illegal content, or violate Telegram's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules — with a written explanation and an export of your data.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to bots, audiences, messages and other content you create on mySkua. We process it only to operate the service.

4. Billing & refunds

5. Liability

mySkua is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
