How is mySkua different from a generic bot builder?
mySkua is built for marketing teams running lead-gen on Telegram. While builders focus on conversation flows, we focus on the metrics that move revenue — DAU, retention cohorts, source attribution, conversion windows.
Do I need to host my own bot, or do you handle it?
Fully managed. We host, scale and back up your bots. You bring your @BotFather token, we provision a dedicated database and isolated workers in under 30 seconds.
How does broadcasting handle Telegram's rate limits?
Adaptively. We respect Telegram's ~30 msg/s global limit and per-chat throttles, queue intelligently, and surface real-time progress and failure causes. Sending to 10k users typically completes in ~7 minutes with zero blocks.
Can I import my existing audience?
Yes, via CSV or the Telegram API. We deduplicate by user ID and preserve language preference and source attribution if available.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
We store only what is needed to run the bot — Telegram user ID, language, source, opt-in status. Users can request export or deletion in-bot, admins can wipe all data with one click. GDPR compliant, SOC 2 in progress.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the period ends. Your bots and audience export automatically.
